We are at the forefront of the podcasting revolution on the continent, and we’re seeking a passionate and talented In-House Videographer to join our dynamic team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As our In-House Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that complements our audio productions. You will work closely with our podcast hosts, producers, and creative team to bring our content to life through visuals. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our audience’s engagement and overall experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Videography: Execute professional video shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and composition.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create compelling video content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
- Motion Graphics: Develop eye-catching motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Color Grading: Ensure consistent and visually appealing color grading across all video projects.
- Scheduling: Create and adhere to production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of video assets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with podcast hosts, producers, and other team members to align visuals with audio and general GCR media content.
- Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic shooting environments, adapting to changing conditions and requirements.
- Communication: Clearly convey ideas and concepts to team members ensuring a shared vision. Be comfortable with identifying problems and working with team members towards a working solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics.
– Proficiency in color grading software and techniques.
– Reliable organizational skills to manage schedules and deadlines.
– Dependable team player with excellent communication skills.
– The ability to adapt to unexpected changes during shoots.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
– Familiarity with the podcasting or media industry is a plus.
